It’s Daddies Birthday

 It’s daddies birthday today. I gave him a full head rub when we got up.

But then everyone went out and then came back. I’m a cat so pretty self sufficient.

 I’m so glad that I’ve discovered that if I just lay next to daddy on the ledge, in the sun, that I can stay with him all day.

 What a lovely day. The sun is shining and I’m in a perfect position to watch the work people doing things next door.

I’m also keeping an eye out as daddy says most of those types of people in his experience are something called work shy, selfish bastards.

The amount of time we keep on having people back to do the same thing I can see what he means!

I’ll Miss Him

 Oh no, some very sad news has come in.

I heard daddy talking to the lady on the phone. Someone came and told her today that when they went out of their door this morning. On the grass was Chameleon.

He wasn’t just having a little nap, he was forever asleep.

I’ll miss him, we didn’t hang out much but I did used to watch him out the window and he’s lived  here for 10 years, a very long time.

Very sad.

I didn’t know why and then they said today is my birthday.

They’re not exactly sure what day I was born as they didn’t believe what the people said when they came to get me so we always celebrate the day I came here.
